SkillUp ADHD Coaching Program for Students in Grades 6–12

School, friends, emotions, growing independence — it’s a lot for tweens and teens to juggle. Add in executive function challenges, ADHD, or everyday distractions, and it’s easy to fall behind.

That’s why we created a simple, effective weekly coaching program to help your child:

Keep Accountable

It can be frustrating to constantly nag your child to get something done, which is why accountability is such an important skill to learn.

Strengthen Skills

Everyone wants their child to have the necessary skills to be successful as they go through life. Learn how to help reinforce those skills so they stick.

Feel Seen & Supported

When a child struggles with learning difficulties, they can feel isolated and invisible. Our goal is to help them feel seen, supported, and capable.

Weekly Check-Ins That Make A Difference

This program starts at a minimum of 3 months where your student will be meeting with a coach once a week.

Each week,  your student will meet 1:1 with a coach for a short, focused session that leads to an actionable skill or strategy that can be implemented right away.

What They’ll Learn

During your child’s individual coaching sessions, they will work with their coach to:

  • Check in on goals, mood, and progress
  • Learn one skill or strategy they can use right away
  • Choose one small action step for the week
  • Track wins, troubleshoot stuck points, and keep growing
